Liability for contents
The contents of our pages were created with the utmost care. However, we cannot assume any liability for the accuracy, completeness and current applicability of the contents, especially with regard to company titles or names, which may change over time (e. g. Facebook/Meta). As a service provider, we’re responsible for our own content on these pages in accordance with the general laws pursuant to Sect. 7(1) of the German Telemedia Act (known in German as the Telemediengesetz, or TMG). However, according to Paras. 8 to 10 of theTMG, we’re not obliged as a service provider to monitor transmitted or stored third-party information or to investigate circumstances that indicate illegal activity. Obligations to remove or block the use of information in accordance with general laws remain unaffected by this. However, liability in this regard is only possible from the point in time at which a specific infringement of the law becomes known. If we become aware of pertinent infringements, we will remove this content immediately.
Liability for links
The service we offer may include links to external websites run by third parties, whose content we have no influence over. Therefore, we cannot assume any liability for external content provided by a third party. The respective provider or operator of any external website’s pages is always responsible for the content of these linked pages. The linked pages were checked for possible legal violations at the time when a link was implemented. Illegal contents were not recognisable at the time of linking. However, it is unreasonable to expect ongoing monitoring (on the part of the operators of this website) of the content of linked pages without specific indications of a legal violation. If we become aware of any infringements of the law, we will remove such links immediately.
The content and works created by the website operators on these pages are subject to German copyright law. Duplication, processing, distribution and any kind of exploitation outside the limits of copyright law require the written consent of the respective author or creator. Downloads and copies of this site are only permitted for private, non-commercial use. Insofar as the content on this site was not created by the operator, the copyrights of third parties are respected. In particular, third-party content is marked as such. Should you nevertheless become aware of a copyright infringement, please inform us accordingly. If we become aware of any infringements, we will remove such content immediately.
